Full-time employees of Geneva may not engage in any employment or paid activity outside the school which in any way interferes with their contractual obligations to the school, may create a potential conflict of interest with the school, or which might otherwise be incompatible with the school’s witness as a Christian institution.
Any full-time employee who desires to work outside of Geneva must submit a written request to his/her supervisor for approval in advance of any outside employment. For purposes of this section, regarding outsaid work, full-time is defined as 30 or more hours per week. See also Conflicts of Interest.
